Steel Pipe Spools
Our Steel Pipe Spools are designed for seamless integration into industrial piping systems. They are available in sizes ranging from 114mm to 2500mm in diameter and are fabricated using both seamless and welded techniques. These spools can withstand operating pressures of up to 3500kPa and maintain maximum velocities of 6m/s when cement mortar lined. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, they ensure optimal performance in extreme conditions.
Mitered Pipe Bends
AstroForge Mitered Pipe Bends are crafted for applications requiring precision bending. We offer bends in sizes from 1/2″NB to 48″NB in compliance with ASME/ANSI B16.9, ASME B16.28, and MSS-SP-43 standards. These bends are available in Seamless, ERW, Welded, and Fabricated forms, with bending radii options ranging from 1D to 10D or custom bends. Various angles such as 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 135°, and 180° are available to meet your specific needs.
Flanged Split Tee
Our Flanged Split Tees are precision-engineered to provide dependable branching in pipeline networks without disrupting mainline operations. Manufactured to ANSI B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8 codes, they are available in sizes from 2″ to 48″, with pressure ratings from 150# to 2500#. We also adhere to DIN2605, DIN2615, DIN2616, DIN2617, DIN28011, and EN10253-1/2 standards.
Stub Ends
Alloy steel fasteners are manufactured for durability under high pressure and temperature conditions. These fasteners are suitable for power plants, heavy machinery, and high-performance applications. They offer excellent toughness and wear resistance, and are available in grades such as 40 Cr, EN 19, EN 24, and EN 31.
Steel Flanged Elbow
Copper nickel fasteners are specially designed for marine applications where resistance to seawater corrosion is essential. These are widely used in shipbuilding, marine hardware, and seawater systems. Grades include Copper Nickel 90/10 and Copper Nickel 70/30, providing long-lasting durability in saline environments.
Flanged Lateral Tee
We offer Flanged Lateral Tees lined with PFA and PP for enhanced durability. These fittings comply with EN 1092-1 and come in PN 16, PN 25, and PN 40 pressure levels. Additional customization options include earthing stud/lug, vent hole extension, and flange stopper.
