Steel Pipe Spools

Our Steel Pipe Spools are designed for seamless integration into industrial piping systems. They are available in sizes ranging from 114mm to 2500mm in diameter and are fabricated using both seamless and welded techniques. These spools can withstand operating pressures of up to 3500kPa and maintain maximum velocities of 6m/s when cement mortar lined. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C, they ensure optimal performance in extreme conditions.

These bends are available in Seamless, ERW, Welded, and Fabricated forms, with bending radii options ranging from 1D to 10D or custom bends. Various angles such as 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 135°, and 180° are available to meet your specific needs.

Our Mitered Pipe Bends are designed for high-pressure fluid transport systems, ensuring smooth flow transitions while minimizing pressure loss. These bends are widely used in pipeline construction, HVAC systems, and industrial processing plants.

Flanged Split Tee

Our Flanged Split Tee fittings are engineered to meet industry-standard pressure and size requirements. Manufactured in accordance with ANSI B31.1, B31.3, B31.4 & B31.8, our split tees range in size from 2” to 48” and have pressure ratings between 150# and 2500#. We adhere to DIN2605, DIN2615, DIN2616, DIN2617, DIN28011, and EN10253-1/2 standards, ensuring top-tier quality and durability.

Stub End

AstroForge Stub Ends are available in sizes from 1/8″NB to 48″NB, conforming to ASME/ANSI B16.9, MSS-SP-43 Type A/B, JIS B2312, JIS B2313, and ASME B16.28 standards. Choose from Long Stub End, Short Stub End, and Lap Joint Stub End types. These fittings are offered in Seamless, ERW, Welded, and Fabricated versions, with schedules ranging from SCH5 to SCH XXS.

Steel Flanged Elbow

Flanged Lateral Tee
